The last month of the year ends with mixed messages about the state of affairs and the year to come. Holiday hopes of peace and harmony run high among the masses giving hope to a new year of international cooperation and common sense. The loss of well known world politicians serves to temporarily unite the world population and takes attention away from the real issues of tension.

Weather and earth changes remain major news makers as the planet continues to vent and show additional signs of building toward transition into a new consciousness. The normally stable Australia undergoes further unusual and dramatic demonstrations of mother natures power and whim. Volcanic activity in Africa catches scientists by surprise. Winter storms hit Europe with near hurricane strength. An earthquake strikes with force in a largely populated city.

The heart of humanity reaches out collectively for guidance and answers to the many issues of trouble and sorrow upon the globe. It is next to impossible to find a global political leader who shows signs of enlightenment. Religious fever and new age dreaming finds onlookers seeking signs of a spiritual leader to emerge. Among the many charlatans and shams of spirituality there appear some genuinely awakened precursors with true vision. Grass roots people to people networking leads to a slowly developing global collection of souls working toward a way of living based upon integrity and application of higher laws.

In the United States the election is over with reports of significant voting discrepancies in Ohio, Florida, New Mexico and other key states. It would appear that king GEORGE II the sly has pulled off another coup. The country becomes further polarized into increasingly antagonistic segmented regions of political and geographical interest. A nation once at the forefront of courage and social experimentation has been swept by a vote reflecting fear of the future and anger over the lack of a better choice. Our isolationism and position of self protection increases the global resentment already directed at this nation. There have been numerous predictions by intuitives and traditional political analysts suggesting that 2004 or 2008 could be the last American election.

The exodus of Bush cabinet members reveals the internal struggle with his policies. A dichotomous split will continue to divide the nation. The division will become wider and more stressed between the have and have nots, the longing political left and the self righteous, the self-determined and the culpable. Even the disarming Consensuella Rice will not be able to fend off adversity. For certain the environment will suffer further. Expect more wars. There is deep concern by many visionaries of a divided nation and civil acts of rebellion within the next five to ten years. Our perceived weakness attracts more intense taunts and attacks by adversaries. The combined decline in the European market and troubled American economy raises the specter of a continued recessionary trend.

The issue of morality and values becomes a growing concern to good souls everywhere. The amount of dysfunctional behavior at the top level of government becomes more obvious. Hopefully those who are awake will make their statement and address the hidden issues plaguing our society. If every citizen took responsibility and dealt with their own hidden personal issues, planetary transformation would increase to light speed.

(13 to 19)--Laughter and light hearted moments with good friends bring special cheer at this holiday time of the year. At home, stress in a personal relationship is becoming more obvious under the pressure of preparing for the holiday festivities and family rituals. 3 Personal Year

With all of this there are some nagging questions as to where you are really at in your journey. You are shown levels of the unconscious that still hide dark and negative memories that cause you to live in denial and fear. You are starting to see the value of what you have worked on, and now there is another strata of your dark side that you want to work out .as you look forward to the new year you begin to see yet another direction your life is going to turn if you are to get the work done that you have chosen to do. 

(11/29 to 12/05)--Perhaps you are torn between wanting your freedom and wanting a committed relationship. You may be reluctant to get more involved with a possible partner because of this fear. Perhaps you can have your freedom and have a commitment with partner. Before you blow off what could be a good thing, you might want to find out exactly what partner wants. It is very possible you are both wanting such a similar situation that you can work it out. 

(6 to 12)--This can be a good time to convert an upstairs attic space into a useful area. Watch yourself as someone who appears to be acting cute may have a bite. The colors cream and pastel peach come up prominent at a special time this week. A thrift store item can be turned into a timely gift for a special person. Bite your tongue around midweek when someone makes a troubling comment. It will later turn out to be more innocent than it appeared.

(13 to 19)--You are busy, bothered and bewildered by events at this time. So many things are happening that you come to the realization you need to get more organized. 4 Personal Year

The 28^th and 30^th are possibly pay off days. 

(11/29 to 12/05)--You want some time to sort out issues pressing your life. It will be easy now to get away and find a special time and place to be with yourself. Time spent with an intellectually stimulating group leaves you refreshed and ready to go back out into the world with a renewed effort of bringing positive change. Pay attention to sore throats or loss of voice as you may be coming down with a condition that is worse than first believed. Prevention is the best medicine.

(6 to 12)--You may find yourself straining to get an extraordinary amount of work done before the week is over. Paradoxically, it may be beneficial to take some time off and just play a little so the work goes faster upon return. Take out the old paint brush and try a little expressionistic dabbling.
