Having
provided a cosmological foundation in the last chapter, the intent now will be
to introduce the human equation and experience into the story of numerology.
The first
chapter tells the story of creation up to the point where lords of humanity
started their sojourn into the ongoing cosmic panorama. It is the descent of
this divine spark (manifesting the attributes of its logos) into the bodies of
mind, emotion and finally matter which initiates the dawn of the individual
human being in the meaning most familiar to us. To set the stage of better
understanding of this human evolution let us return to the cosmos from a more
human perspective.
First, in order to hopefully provide the reader with
other possibly familiar symbolic points of reference, let us consider for a moment
the story of cosmology in regard to various symbolic systems. Perhaps a very
pivotal point of reference is in the tree of life glyph of the ancient kabala.
Illustrated below is the simple glyph (fig 6).

These ten spheres or sephirot depict the three attributes of deity plus
the seven planes of consciousness. The top three, sometimes called the supernal
triad, are symbolic of the attributes of deity or the prime trinity. The
remaining seven spheres are symbolic of the seven planes of consciousness. By
connecting these paths (fig.7), we are given a very powerful symbolic metaphor
depicting the journey of consciousness from spirit into matter and the return
to spirit.
